About E-commerce TikTok Shop is a discovery-based E-Commerce platform dedicated to becoming the first choice for users to discover and get good products at good prices. In multiple scenarios such as livestream E-Commerce and video content E-Commerce fields, the international E-Commerce business hopes to provide a more personalized, proactive and efficient consumption experience for global users, provide good platform services for merchants, and achieve our mission of "to sell good things with a good price easier; to make life better at user's fingertips". About the team This product manager will be responsible for products and features for the Southeast-Asian operational productivity tools, working with cross-functional partners across the e-commerce organization (business, policy, product, marketing, etc.) developing end-to-end product strategy and design, and executing on the product roadmap to deliver new innovations for key internal business stakeholders. Responsibilites 1. Drive the planning and execution of TikTok Shop's operational tools, maximizing business operation efficiency and helping to achieve business goals through better product experience. 2. Closely cooperate with business teams such as industry operations, strategic operations, merchant services, etc, and drive the planning, design and implementation of the operation platform product features. 3. Excellent capability in system experience design, logical analysis and data analysis, able to deeply understand business scenarios and to explore operational demands, and to drive product iteration of operational tools. 4. Work with engineering, product marketing, design, research and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and driving innovation on behalf of internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in product flow chart drawing, product requirement document and function description document writing. Preferred Qualifications Product management experience in internal operation tools or business management system. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate assumptions, make recommendations and decisions, and drive execution. Understanding in E-commerce business operation process.
