The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok Advertisers and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats. They will do so by creating ad policies, managing content review processes, and more. This position will be responsible for meeting the Risk and Moderation demands. This means, as Global Operations Specialist, you will review & moderate advertisements entering the TikTok platform. By doing so, this will mitigate any risk to our community by supporting advertisers proactively, and effectively addressing violations of MI Policies. Main Responsibilities: - SOP Clarification and Training: - Work with the BPs to clarify and eliminate ambiguities in the requirements/SOPs - Provide simplified and straightforward tasks to labellers - Deliver training to labellers for complex requirements - Quality Improvement and Assurance: - Constantly monitor and review the quality of the labelled data - Identify the root cause of any issues and take appropriate remedial actions such as simplify or disambiguate the - - SOPs or provide additional training - Identify opportunities or areas for improvement for key metrics and propose experiments to support initiatives - Project Management: - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Coordinate effectively with key stakeholders - Provide project visibility and progress updates to stakeholders through data


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: 1.Fluent in written and spoken required language plus business level English 2. 1-3 years experience in operation for a tech or social media company data analytic experience 3. Proficiency in data interpretation and analysis; Understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts, particularly as they relate to data labelling is a plus 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective communication with both requestors and labellers 5. Strong abilities in simplifying complex instructions and requirements, along with robust experience in training in a technical context 6. Experience in project management with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently, preferably in a data-intensive environment Preferred Qualifications: 1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues 2. Strong technical skills in SQL and scripting languages (Python, R) are a plus 3. Fluency in English (written and verbal) and an additional language
