Responsibilities
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. - The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new creator agencies and business partnerships for TikTok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow TikTok LIVE together with the agencies as a partner while building good relationships with them. 1. Responsible for the planning and operation of local live streaming events, including but not limited to content creative planning and program implementation, cross-departmental cooperation and coordination, and improving regional revenue indicators through high-quality activities. 2. Launch marketing activities based on industry and festival hot spots, take charge of overall project planning, cooperation with partners, online resource allocation, event landing and resumption, and create event IPs with influence on the regional market. 3. Cooperate with the media, integrate platform resources, plan LIVE broadcast programs and activities, improve TikTok LIVE's visibility and influence, and enhance TikTok LIVE's brand image. 4. Management of goals and KPI and data analysis 5. Planning and execution of other related measures
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above. 3 years of experience in content, campaign, marketing or partnerships roles. 2. Strong analytical skills and data-driven, with experience in using data analysis to justify a business decision. Preferred Qualification 1. Experience in tech & media industry is advantageous ; 2. Candidates who's used to work with, or have the connections with modeling, media, TV, celebrities and live streaming applications are preferred ; 4. Strong business acumen in emerging industries ; 4. Good communications and interpersonal skills, able to work in an international and diverse environment.
