This role will focus on supporting and enhancing our live streaming operations in Japan. The ideal candidate is passionate about the live streaming industry, understands native market trends, and is eager to contribute to the growth and success of our live streaming business. This role will start as internship first and potential to be hired as full time in 2026. Job Responsibilities - Assist in the development and execution of live streaming strategies, monitor and analyze the performance of operations, providing actionable insights for improvement. - Provide guidance and support to creators, helping them to optimize their content and grow their audiences and revenue. - Collaborate with live agencies to enhance their operations and organizational capability. - Planning and executing native events to enhance content diversity and overall revenue. - Understand the psychology and behavior of creators and users in the native markets, provide constructive and exploratory suggestions to improve user experience and resolve issues.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Language: Japanese + English - Good Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Preferred Qualifications - Relatable internship or past experience from internet / ecommerce/ tech organization, preferably in a sales and marketing related field - Internship experience in start-up firms - Leadership experience in organizations - Social media/creator/r/data analysis experience - Tech/relevant industry experience - International background - Language: Mandarin or other languages ​​proficiency to converse with external stakeholders in the future.
