About The Team At TikTok, our Product and Design teams are at the forefront of the creator economy, building the future of live interactive entertainment. This team is responsible for developing everything from interactive features and monetization tools to creator resources and safety protocols, shaping a dynamic and immersive live-streaming ecosystem. We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to build the world-class Product and Design teams that will define the future of TikTok. You'll develop and implement bespoke recruiting strategies aimed at attracting top-tier, diverse talent in a highly competitive market. In this role, you’ll partner directly with key business leaders to drive critical hiring initiatives from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of hiring creative and product-focused talent, and is excited to make a significant impact on a global scale. Responsibilities: - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, from crafting job descriptions and sourcing passive candidates to interviewing, negotiating complex offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. - Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their unique talent needs, provide expert advice on market trends, and develop tailored hiring strategies that align with ambitious business goals. - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, using recruitment data and market insights to contribute to workforce planning, identify future talent gaps, and build a robust pipeline of talent. - Drive continuous improvements in our recruitment processes and systems, championing efficiency, scalability, and a world-class candidate experience. - Identify, attract, and close high-caliber candidates at all levels, consistently meeting and exceeding hiring targets. - Serve as an employer brand champion to empower hiring managers and interviewers to represent TikTok's culture in a meaningful way.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience. - Proven experience leading recruitment process optimizations, including policy and system improvements. - Proficiency in leveraging data, metrics, and market insights to enhance recruitment efficiency and guide strategic hiring decisions. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience recruiting within a fast-paced, high-growth technology, social media, or interactive entertainment/live-streaming company. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - A results-oriented, data-driven self-starter who is resourceful, innovative, and intellectually curious. - Experience partnering with international colleagues and stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $75810 - $165680 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
