Algorithm Engineering's mission is to build a bridge for collaboration between algorithm models and business scenarios, and efficiently and stably apply TnS's algorithmic capabilities to TikTok's business scenarios. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend technologies. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript including frameworks like React.js or Vue.js. - Experience with backend languages such as Python, Go, or Node.js. - Familiarity with database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB. - Strong understanding of web application architecture and system design. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a consumer-facing web environment with AI/ML integrations. - Familiarity with web scaling technologies and performance optimization. - Proven ability to manage large-scale software projects. - Experience with advanced JavaScript functionalities and state management tools. - Creative thinker with an ability to use data-driven insights to improve user experience.
