Responsibilities

TikTok's Global Business Marketing (GBM) team exists to help brands show up in ways that are authentic, effective, and grounded in culture. Within GBM, the Marketing Solutions team is responsible for bringing TikTok’s advertising products and solutions to life through compelling marketing strategies, narratives, and content that drive business impact. We are seeking a Manager, Global Marketing Solutions to join the Brand team and lead marketing for TikTok’s video solutions — shaping how they come to life for marketers around the world. This role will develop global marketing narratives, messaging, content, and go-to-market materials that help brands and agencies understand the power of video on TikTok. The ideal candidate has a background in marketing strategy, digital video, and advertising, with experience translating complex product offerings into clear, compelling client solutions. They are a creative thinker and strategic storyteller — able to articulate how TikTok’s video ecosystem uniquely solves brand challenges and unlocks business growth. This person will work closely with product, research, regional marketing, and marcomms teams to craft end-to-end marketing plans, elevate TikTok’s video narrative, and drive scaled adoption of TikTok’s premium video products. Responsibilities: - Lead the development of marketing narratives, product positioning and messaging frameworks that communicate the value of TikTok’s video solutions. - Partner closely with product, sales and regional marketing teams to shape how we tell the story of video on TikTok to marketers and advertisers. - Identify thought leadership and storytelling opportunities to shift perception of TikTok's video solutions with video buying audiences. - Align product and business priorities to craft messaging and marketing collateral for industry events. - Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop scalable marketing materials designed for global use and regional adaptation. - Stay close to TikTok’s video ad product roadmap, innovation pipeline and understand our ecosystem of ad formats inside and out to inform marketing strategy and content planning.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, product marketing, or digital media — ideally with expertise in video advertising or platforms. - Be an expert in the digital and short form video advertising space. Deep understanding of digital video trends, ad formats, and evolving consumer viewing behaviors. - Strong writing, storytelling, and visual storytelling skills — with experience translating complex products into clear, client-friendly language and familiarity with building impactful keynote/presentation materials. - Proven ability to build marketing strategies and content plans that drive understanding, product adoption, and excitement. - Experience managing multiple projects, collaborating across teams, and driving consensus among stakeholders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for TikTok, creativity, and the future of video. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working for or with digital video platforms. - Familiarity with brand marketing challenges within the video or media landscape. - Experience in integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, or content marketing. - Passion for creativity, culture, and the evolving role of video in marketing. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with ambiguity and change.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112000 - $200000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
