Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate intern to join ByteDance’s Commercialization team and support the global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for AI CRM products. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to global commercialization strategies, including market research, product promotion, and sales enablement. About the team TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok. Responsibilities - Assist in executing the GTM strategy for AI CRM products, including market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement; - Support communication between the product and global sales teams, facilitating the adoption and implementation of CRM tools; - Participate in the planning and creation of sales training materials to optimize the sales process and improve efficiency; - Conduct data analysis to provide market insights and optimize GTM strategies; - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution of GTM initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above. -- Professional level of Chinese in order to communicate with global stakeholders. - Available from July for 3-6 months - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or other data tools preferred; Preferred Qualifications - Background or experience in marketing, sales, or product-related fields is a plus; - Excellent cross-cultural communication skills to support global markets;
