About the Team Join our Livestreaming Operations team and immerse yourself in the creative and strategic work behind live digital media. This internship is ideal for aspiring content managers passionate about media, influencer culture, and platform engagement. You'll help support high-impact campaigns, contribute to creator-focused initiatives, and play a role in shaping the livestreaming experience for diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Help planning and executing local livestreaming events in Australia — from creative content ideation to program execution — collaborating across departments to deliver engaging, revenue-driving experiences. 2. Support marketing activations aligned with trending topics and cultural moments; manage planning, creator collaboration, campaign launch, and post-event analysis to build recognisable event IPs. 3. Collaborate with media partners and creators to develop innovative LIVE programming, maximise platform visibility, and elevate the TikTok LIVE brand presence in the region.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a high-energy environment. 2. Strong communicator with an eye for detail and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. 3. Willing to learn quickly. Preferred Qualifications 1. Background in tech, digital media, or content creation industries 2. Solid understanding of creator ecosystems, digital trends, and audience engagement strategies. 3. Passion for storytelling, social media, community-building, and real-time content.
