Team Introduction TikTok continues to unlock opportunities for artists and labels, with a brilliantly engaged community who love to build connections with artists and their music. The team is working globally and locally with artists, managers and labels to unleash the promotional and marketing power of TikTok, helping talents to secure success on the platform, music streamings, hit charts and brand collaborations. What's SoundOn SoundOn is a music distributor that allows musicians to distribute their music work directly to TikTok products and other DSPs. Our vision is to nurture the local independent artists by supporting them in distribution, promotion, and career development Responsibilities: - Create and manage official social media content for SoundOn in Japan, including but not limited to promotional posters/videos for artist new releases, showcases, etc. - Maintain daily operations of official accounts (primarily TikTok/Instagram), ensuring timely updates and active user engagement. - Operate multiple TikTok accounts for music promotion; design and produce video content to grow followers and video views. - Collect account performance data, generate operation reports, and propose content strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: - Portfolio demonstrating graphic & motion design skills (advertising works preferred). - Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, design, New Media, or Advertising preferred. - On-site availability ≥3 days/week. - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop. - Japanese: JLPT N2 or above; Business-level English. - Logical, detail-oriented, and strong sense of responsibility. - Excellent aesthetic sensibility and creativity. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with other design/animation tools (e.g., Figma, Premiere Pro). - Passion for Japanese music and culture. - Familiarity with short-video content creation.
