Responsibilities
Responsibilities -Define the strategic roadmap for TikTok's messaging verticals, aligning with overall business goals. - Monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the messaging space. - Partner with cross-functional teams across time zones to drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch. - Establish efficient workflows and processes to ensure timely delivery and maintain product quality.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a product manager for messaging, social media, gaming, or related products. - Strong communication skills to clearly align product vision, requirements, and priorities with stakeholders. - Proven track record of shipping successful features in fast-paced environments. - Strong user empathy with experience translating user insights into product decisions. - Highly skilled at identifying insights from data and making data-informed decisions. - Excellent understanding of messaging UI/UX best practices and design principles. Preferred qualifications - Working experience with game design. - 5 or more years of experience as a product manager for messaging products.
