Responsibilities
The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, creator networks / agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. Responsibilities: - Film and edit marketing video content to launch on official social channels. Responsibilities include script, lighting set-up, sound recording, camera set-up/operation, and post production. - Lead on-site/studio video shoots by managing production requirements, such as set selection, lighting, A/V equipment operation, photography, and directing talent as required by the project. - Ensure all video content meets key stakeholders’ standards for quality and style; execute processes efficiently while maintaining established brand guidelines and ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met. - Work with the operation team and leadership for content review, revisions, and approvals and data analytics. - Assist with live-streaming, virtual recordings, and troubleshooting, as needed. - Manage content scheduling and posting if needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in TV/Film, Journalism, Communications, or related field - Experience working with highly influential creators - Deep familiarity with live-streaming, entertainment and cultural trends Preferred Qualifications: - Strong background in camera work, sound, lighting set-ups, and conducting on-camera interviews. - Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud apps including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and Media Encoder, as well as Microsoft Office applications. - Experience in Adobe After Effects a plus. - Experience with codecs, image types, resolutions, and frame rates as they pertain to digital media trends. - Strong editing skills to cut story-driven content for social media and digital video platforms. - Attention to detail and an ability to take and implement direction, feedback, and delivery of assets. - Flexibility to adapt to changing timelines and deliverables. - Knowledgeable of social media, creators and digital video platforms. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams. - Ability to work independently

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $143555 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
