Responsibilities

About The Team: This team is responsible to be focus on developing short term and long term cost targets and related indicators of each business to ensure a reasonable cost structure and accurate data in order to drive growth and improve the end customer experience. Responsibilities: - Responsible for logistics operations for Japan's local logistics business in international e-commerce, working closely with the platform’s core logistics service providers, and focusing on the continuous optimization of overall operational quality. - Integrate the development goals of the overall international logistics business and promote project optimization through collaboration with logistics partners. - Identify operational issues through data analysis and gain deep insights into the root causes via field research and on-site visits, then propose and implement solutions. - Communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional internal teams to drive achievement of business goals.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in supply chain, logistics management, industrial engineering, or related fields; - Proficiency in both Japanese and English for work communication as this position require to work with local and overseas logistic partners. - Capable of smooth coordination and collaboration with partners from multiple regions. - Experience in first mile & last-mile delivery operations - Experience working with traditional fast-moving logistics operations. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with e-commerce platforms is preferred. - Proficient in Mandarin ( Nature of work to communicate with logistic partner who is from China )
