Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies. Responsibilities: Program Management - Lead strategic initiatives focused on fulfillment and warehouse operations across multiple business units within TikTok. - Oversee the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning through to tactical execution, working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver on objectives. - Facilitate regular meetings with relevant teams to ensure alignment on business priorities and track progress on Key Performance Indicators. Target Management and Solution Delivery - Possess a deep understanding of operational and performance KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics essential for driving operational improvements. Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reductions, and enhanced operational efficiency. - Design and implement comprehensive strategies and solutions aimed at optimizing warehouse operations, reducing costs, and improving seller and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems Management or relevant fields. - 5+ years of working experience in fulfillment or warehouse - 5+ years of experience with program management or project management - Fluent in both English and Mandarin as to work with teams in China Preferred Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management. - Experience in developing training programs and operational guidelines for logistics teams. - Advanced skills in risk management and strategic planning within transportation contexts. - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111467 - $208578 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
