Responsibilities
Team Introduction TikTok's Scaled Growth team aims to provide advertising product solutions to agency partners and advertisers to grow their businesses on TikTok. From deeply understanding our regional agency partners and advertisers, to influencing the next iteration of our advertising product suite, to setting regional product GTM strategy, to designing innovative sales-led and scaled growth programs that impact managed agency partners and wider advertisers in TikTok. The team combines both strategic & operational expertise with customer centricity. About the Role The TikTok Advertising PMM team focused on Agencies & Scaled growth seeking an experienced product marketing professional with a background in media & advertising to: - Lead go-to-market strategy & operation of our advertising solutions to drive key product adoption & revenue growth across our diverse agency segments & advertiser segments - Capture advertiser & partner painpoints to influence the roadmap and our next wave of our advertising product suite. As part of the Agency and Scaled Growth Product Marketing team, this role involves close collaboration with multiple in-market Sales, Agency & Business Marketing teams, global Product Operations & Product functions in a fast paced and high-growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritize, problem solve and be the expert across our ads product suite while being a data-driven advocate for our advertisers & agencies is critical. Candidates must have experience working with media & advertising (preferably in an agency environment). As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Support the APAC & METAP Product Marketing team in driving go-to-market strategies for TikTok Ads products across agencies and advertisers. - Assist in planning and executing scaled growth programs, including product education initiatives, activation campaigns, incentive programs, and agency engagement activities. - Conduct market, competitor, advertiser, and agency research to identify product opportunities, adoption barriers, and emerging industry trends. - Help consolidate and analyze product performance data, adoption trends, and market feedback to generate actionable insights and recommendations. - Support agency engagement initiatives such as interviews, surveys, workshops, roundtables, and feedback collection programs. - Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, tooling, AI applications, dashboards, or workflow optimization. - Take ownership of a specific product area, workflow, or strategic initiative over time, including driving recommendations, tracking progress, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in Marketing/Business or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, with structured thinking approach to cut through complex problems and develop pragmatic solutions in data-driven manner - Strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, results-oriented with interest in Product Marketing & digital advertising - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills including working proficiency in English with rigorous project management approach - Self-starter mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant internship experience in analyst, banking, consulting, analytics or product-related positions - Those who can work at least 3 days a week and intern for 6 months are preferred - Familiarity with AI tools, automation workflows, APIs, or low-code/no-code tools is a plus. - Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, or visualization tools.
