About the Team The Strategy & Analytics team for Global E-Commerce plays a core role in analyzing industry trends, setting business targets and reviewing business performance in the UK and Europe. This team is responsible for both quartlerly/yearly and long term targets. It is a highly cross-functional team, with exposure to a multitude of business teams and stakeholders. As a member of this team, you will be focusing on key metrics as well as deep-drives and overall analysis of TikTok Shop EMEA's logistics and supply chain function. Responsibilities: - Work in a consultative manner with business teams, using data-driven insights to provide them with recommendations, support business reviews and decision-making; - Develop long-term strategy and short-term actionable plans for TikTok's e-commerce business in EMEA; - Deploy a data-driven approach to assess strategic and financial health of e-commerce logistics, evaluate performance, benchmark competition, and conduct comprehensive assessments to produce thorough strategic plans and recommendations; - Serve as a thought partner to regional business owners and stream leads, helping structure and solve complex supply chain related issues; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high impact projects; - Analyse and draw conclusions from diverse data sets and understand how to brief and work with specialists to solve complicated problems.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a MBA degree, graduating in 2026, or recent MBA graduates in 2025 with less than 1 year full time work experience after graduation; - Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to develop leading edge business models and strategies; - Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus amongst cross-functional teams; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications - Previous work experiences in consulting, private equity or corporate strategy are preferred; - Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, enabling effective communication in multiple senior stakeholder meetings across the business, though it is not essential.
