Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks. Be part of the Logistics Team, the engine behind seamless and efficient deliveries at TikTok Shop. We work closely with sellers, partners, and internal teams to drive operational excellence, improve supply chain performance, and ensure a smooth end-to-end shopping experience for our users. Responsibilities - Rotational program within the Logistics Operation team to meet our sellers and logistics partners for an in-depth introduction to E-commerce Logistics at TikTok Shop Indonesia; - Prepare data and ensure data quality to resolve manual updates, weight discrepancy, and lost & damage claims; - Assist with random quality control checks and work with managers to prevent abnormal deliveries; - Design and execute continuous improvement and supply chain improvement projects; - Gather feedback (from issues, inquiries, complaints) and work with managers to recommend improvement plans for logistics team


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Actively enrolled university student - Passionate about logistics and social commerce - Strong analytical skills - comfortable with data processing - Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, take initiative, showcase curiosity, and thrive in fast and dynamic environments; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Preferred Qualification - Proficiency in English and Mandarin both verbal and written. Bahasa Indonesia is a plus. This role is based in Singapore but supports the Indonesian market. Candidate needs to be able to use mandarin to communicate with Cross Functional teams based in China, and English/Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with local stakeholders.
