Taking ownership of the creative concept, production, and launch of virtual gifts, primarily in the form of animations, for TikTok LIVE across European markets. 2. Analyze feedback from streamers and users on gift animations, using metrics like sales and retention to develop strategies that drive engagement and improve gift sales. 3. Research aesthetic preferences across different countries, leveraging cultural understanding to help the team achieve diverse styles and perspectives. 4. Bring creative ideas to the table by exploring valuable initiatives beyond virtual gift animations, including but not limited to short video production, physical collectibles, and special effects filters. 5. Collaborate with TikTok LIVE's regional operations, stakeholders, and leadership on creative strategy for gifts and effects in Europe, working independently in the time zone.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 1. Extensive experience in the 3D Design, Motion & Animation industries as a Senior Creative or Art Director. 2. High level of hands-on proficiency with 3D Motion/Animation and production design tools, such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Octane, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite etc. Candidates should have extensive experience with the end to end process of creating 3D animations: Modelling, Rigging, Animation, Environments, and Post Production. 3. Strong familiarity with AI and emerging technologies and how they can enhance creative production, with experience generating high quality static and 3Dmotion graphics within OpenAI, Midjourney, Kling, Google(AI), etc. 4. Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of the full production process of media projects, from concept to launch (e.g., films, games, commercials). 5. Great communication skills to be able to articulate your concepts, vision and decision-making, and get others on board with your vision. Comfortable driving creative strategy and advocating for design with regional business stakeholders and leadership. 6. Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts. 7. Self-motivated, independent, with excellent organizational and project-management skillsets.Exceptional storytelling skills and an ability to connect with audiences through digital content. Preferred Qualifications 1. Hands-on experience with LIVE streaming, either as a streamer or a user, with a passion for the live streaming industry. 2. Understanding of the virtual goods, digital products, or gaming industries. 3. Understanding of global nuances in products/environment, markets and styles, particularly across the European market.
