We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Manage end to end large-scale quantitative analysis projects and monitoring systems. Apply investigational and analytic skills to monitor, audit, and analyze potential fraudulent cases and consolidate anti-fraud rules. Design processes and build effective workflows to define characteristics of different fraud types, capture new risk types, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements of existing tools, processes, and models related to fraud management. Define key performance metrics and build detailed reporting models for effective tracking, reporting, and feedback on measures implemented. Research fraud-related policies and build effective enforcement processes to prevent and penalize bad actors while balancing user experiences. Provide analysts with guidance on fraud policies and enforcement measures.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 years of experience in each of the following: Constructing advanced queries using SQL; Analyzing historical data and applying root cause analyses to identify trends and patterns; Mining, preparing, cleansing, and analyzing structured data using statistical computing languages SQL, Python, or R for metrics creation, root cause analysis, and model preprocessing; Using SQL and Spark to query, explore, and manipulate data from Apache Hive and relational database management systems including MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL; Using Python to manipulate data for analysis and prediction, automate data load processes, and optimize reporting processes; and Developing and maintaining tables, views, indexes, datasets, and/or data pipelines to extract, clean, transform, load and maintain data across multiple databases. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106400 - $177778 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
