About the Team With the mission of "Inspiring New Life and Helping Good Business", Local Service is committed to becoming the most trusted local service platform for users and partners. In Local Service, through POI, Video, LIVE, Search, and other various products, services and roles related to life are creatively connected, making the daily life experience richer, more unique and more innovative. At the same time, Local Service creates an inclusive and fair healthy business environment, helping merchants, service providers, creators and other roles to continuously create revenue and improve efficiency. You will be responsible for Creator Operations at TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO). This includes a wide range of responsibilities such as discovering and onboarding new creators, providing growth support, driving creator development through campaigns, expanding revenue opportunities, and managing risks, while ensuring smooth day-to-day creator operations. You will also design and implement growth strategies for creators, expand their opportunities on the platform, and enhance their market value in collaboration with partner companies. In addition, you will support sustainable growth by managing creator education initiatives, content publishing, and community operations. 1. Evaluate and optimize incentive policies based on creator performance, driving the growth of key KPIs and achievement of business goals 2. Analyze creators’ operational performance against business objectives, identify challenges, propose and execute improvements, and provide ongoing support to accelerate their growth 3. Plan and execute campaign and event strategies to maximize creator engagement and monetization opportunities 4. Manage TikTok GO’s official owned media, including creator-focused content production and promotional strategies 5. Operate creator education platforms and develop educational content 6. Manage creator online communities and curate content to strengthen engagement 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content quality and monetization capabilities, building a healthy and sustainable creator ecosystem 8. Improve and iterate creator management tools and operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or above with 1-3 years of professional experience 2. Fluent Japanese proficiency and advanced business-level English proficiency 3. Experience in creator management, or in operations/business development within the entertainment, social media, or digital industries 4. Knowledge of, or relevant work experience in, the travel or lifestyle industries 5. Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to think systematically, identify issues, and drive solutions 6. Logical thinking and excellent data analysis skills, with hands-on experience in operating BI tools 7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with creators and internal/external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications 1. Practical experience in creator agencies, advertising agencies, IT/media industry, travel & lifestyle-related industry, or consulting industry 2. Get-it-done mindset: Ability to work with persistence and efficiency in a fast-paced environment 3. Self-starter attitude: Able to proactively tackle complex challenges with minimal guidance, synthesize results, and communicate insights clearly 4. High sense of responsibility, ownership, and integrity; willingness to travel when required
