About the Team TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them. With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive policies based on the agencies' performance; Iterate policies for optimization and promote the growth of core indicators and the achievement of goals; 2. Align with business objectives, conduct analysis of the agencies operation in-depth, locate key issues and areas for improvements, propose solutions accordingly and ensure the quality of execution; provide necessary daily operational support to enable and enhance agency's capabilities; 3. Continuously work with cross-functional teams to improve agency creators' content quality and monetization capabilities, drive agency's compliant and sustainable operation; 4. Continuously work with cross-functional teams to improve and iterate agency management tools to achieve better agency management efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or above with more than 5 years of professional experience 2. Business-level Japanese proficiency and advanced business-level English proficiency 3. Relevant experience in internet monetization business or channel sales/policy management 4. Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to think systematically, identify issues, and develop solutions 5. Logical thinking and excellent data analysis skills, with hands-on experience in operating BI tools 6. Strong project management capabilities, with proven communication skills and teamwork to engage cross-functional stakeholders 7. High sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit, and integrity; willingness to travel when required Preferred Qualifications 1. Practical experience in creator agencies, advertising agencies, IT/media industry, travel & lifestyle-related industry, or consulting industry 2. Get-it-done mindset: Ability to work with persistence and efficiency in a fast-paced environment 3. Self-starter attitude: Capable of independently driving complex analyses with minimal guidance and effectively synthesizing and communicating insights
