About the Team The Global Business Solutions, SMB Marketing Team's purpose is to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small and medium-sized businesses, providing education, guidance, and showcasing success. The SMB Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the SMB Sales and SMB Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, continually optimizing performance-driven messaging strategies and customer journeys. The ideal candidate is a multi-faceted marketing strategist, a visionary storyteller who can weave compelling narratives around our advertising and product solutions. You'll be the architect of translating complex concepts into clear, motivating language that resonates deeply with our agency advertising partners. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of designing and executing multi-channel customer experiences, specifically within the agency advertising ecosystem, and a knack for identifying untapped opportunities to foster deeper, more strategic partnerships. Responsibilities - Drive Revenue Growth & Impact: Build and execute innovative marketing strategies to accelerate SMB adoption and revenue growth, owning regional targets for priority initiatives and campaigns specifically for the independent media buying agency sector. - Shape Go-To-Market Strategy: Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to size opportunities, define success drivers, and ensure a seamless client experience. - Lead Compelling Narratives: Create clear, value-driven GTM narratives and integrated marketing campaigns across channels—events, webinars, email, web, and social—to inspire agency advertisers to grow with TikTok. - Build Strategic Campaigns: Develop joint toolkits, pitch materials, and agency content strategies that arm internal teams and partners with actionable insights and creative storytelling. - Plan & Deliver with Excellence: Manage launch calendars, budgets, and KPIs, surfacing opportunities and proactively addressing barriers to deliver measurable business results on time. - Create High-Impact Content: Oversee best-in-class content development, collaborating with internal and external creative partners—writers, designers, creators, and agencies. - Measure, Learn, Iterate: Track performance across campaigns, analyze results, and continuously optimize strategies for full-funnel success—from leads to incremental revenue. - Scale What Works: Package successful regional strategies and share them globally, enabling other markets to replicate wins and drive broader impact. - Champion Media Buying Agency Needs: Advocate for the voice of the customer by leveraging data and insights to influence internal teams and build solution-oriented narratives. - Develop agency-specific toolkits, case studies, and success stories that agencies can leverage with their advertiser clients. - Partner with agencies to create joint marketing initiatives, thought leadership content, and industry insights that position both parties as market leaders. - Own and manage a centralized library of enablement resources, including playbooks, toolkits, video explainers, onboarding guides, and FAQs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Knowledge of how to position and market product solutions to decision makers and practitioners. - Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth in a product led organization. - Experience developing and executing GTM strategies to foster executive relationships with genuine interest in customers’ success. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot). - Interest and familiarity with adtech and automated solutions and an expert in digital advertising. Preferred Qualifications - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. Bias toward delivery of outputs in MVP vs waterfall. - Possess a proactive mindset, excellent storytelling abilities, and comfort working in ambiguous situations. - Be highly data-driven, speaking the language of business results, while also possessing a strong creative marketing sensibility and campaign expertise. - Strong XFN collaborator, representing and surfacing broader business drivers helping to guide the company to long-term success. - Experience with advertising platforms and technologies. - Able to travel to LA, Austin, or NY 1x or more per month to build, foster cross-functional and immediate team relationships.
