About the Team The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users. The LIVE Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic Emerging Creator Operations Manager Intern to cover an employee's leave and help us grow the next generation of Top LIVE Creators. In this role, you will be working with beginner creators to incentivize them to grow and monetize more consistently through education, campaigns and promotions. This role requires someone who is structured, strong communicator, master executor, and great data analyst, as you will have to constantly measure success in order to iterate your strategies. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - In collaboration with our Strategy team, create and deploy the strategy to mobilise emerging creators in Spain in order to meet Emerging Revenue & Growth targets. - Implement the strategy outlined by the country leadership and regional strategy team through actions for different creator layers (not going LIVE, have gone LIVE recently, very low income, mid income, etc). Monitor overall revenue growth, and meet monthly targets. Monitor and maintain data structure for the different layers. - Coordinate creation & deployment of video ads to promote going LIVE against defined layers. Plan, write copy and deploy in-app push notifications to increase Go LIVE rate & monetisation. - Implement educational plan for emerging creators (text, video, webinar, email). - Manage the Emerging Creators Community. - Create, configure and launch Emerging Campaigns (Competitions) with rewards based on central guidelines and playbook
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 1-2 years of working experience in Strategy/Growth/Education/Creator Management roles - Strong project management and organisation skills - Comfortable reading & manipulating data on a daily basis. Able to generate hypothesis from data, and continuously iterate approach. - Proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment, juggle multiple tasks, and wear different hats. - Excellent communication skills. English and Spanish is required to communicate with various internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in tech or content platforms is preferred. - Understanding and previous experience working within livestream ecosystem and applications preferred. - Strong understanding of the user lifecycle, with the ability to adapt strategies in a "Creator Center" style to support creators at different stages of their journey. - Proven ability to prioritize initiatives and tasks based on potential impact, balancing short-term execution with long-term growth.
