Responsibilities
The influencer marketing team is dedicated to connecting brands with quality creators, providing clients with precise marketing and efficient conversion capabilities to enhance brand value and sales. We also offer native influencer and ad solutions, whether for ad placements or organic traffic, we maximize brand marketing effectiveness through intelligent ROI optimization and GMV growth techniques. We seamlessly integrate creativity, community, and commerce, with AI technology at the core, helping brands efficiently reach their target users and achieve sustainable growth. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the construction of global payment fund flow and the establishment of payment systems, coordinating whole-link management of payments for advertisers and influencers, ensuring payment efficiency and User Experience, and guaranteeing the security, compliance, and efficiency of fund transfer; - Deeply exploring the payment needs of B-side advertisers and service providers, designing suitable payment solutions in combination with different market characteristics, including but not limited to models such as recharge, credit, and bank transfer, requiring familiarity with mainstream payment methods in each market and having monetization implementation experience; - Proposing and promoting optimization plans around pain points in online payment, advertisers' usage experience, and conversion bottlenecks to increase the penetration of online payment usage and drive business growth; - Integrating payment capabilities and strategies, covering core modules such as settlement, payment, and risk control, closely collaborating with compliance teams such as finance and taxation to build standardized payment processes and solutions that meet the business scenarios of influencers.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of Product Manager experience; those with experience in global payment scenarios and advertiser/influencer service platforms are preferred. - Proficient in payment business logic, familiar with the monetization applications of mainstream payment methods in various markets, able to independently design payment solutions and drive their implementation. - Possess strong capabilities in requirements analysis, logical thinking, and solution implementation, able to clearly streamline complex business processes and balance User Experience with business objectives. Preferred Qualification: - Proficient in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing. Both English and Mandarin skill sets are required to support clients in APAC and to communicate with stakeholders.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $311600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
