Responsibilities
About the Team Overall responsible for the strategic / tactical planning and implementation of the LIVE Internationalization business, with daily work highly aligned with the business and strongly coupled with teams such as LIVE Operations, Product and R&D. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Understand the business of live-streaming international hosts and guilds, complete the prototype design and acceptance testing of relevant products, and ensure the delivery and implementation of product functions. - Follow the entire product life cycle, manage requirements effectively, maintain a sense of project responsibility, and collaborate efficiently with R&D, operation, design and other teams to drive rapid product iteration. - Analyze core business indicators through decomposition, identify key issues from business data, extract core conclusions and guiding strategies, and complete comprehensive thematic analysis reports. - Summarize common problems, optimize and improve platform documents and manuals, guide users to use the platform smoothly, and enhance user satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Masters, and will graduate in 2026. - Familiar with mainstream domestic and foreign live-streaming products, or experience as a content creator is preferred; with motivation and passion for innovation. - Fluent in English reading and writing ability to liaise with stakeholders, overseas study experience is preferred. - Possess excellent user empathy and insight, able to understand users' needs, transform them into practical implementation forms, and develop products that users love. - Have good coordination and communication skills, sense of responsibility, and able to maintain clear thinking and logical communication. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous product internship experience is preferred. - Experience in organizing large-scale club activities at school is preferred.
