Responsibilities

The Product Solutions and Operations (PSO) team's goal is to help businesses have seamless experiences with our advertising solutions, by crafting activations to push our most strategic ad solutions to market and identifying key product needs from our biggest clients As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market for advertising solutions in France. Sitting as part of the Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team, you will collaborate closely with our biggest clients, in-market sales, headquarter product and European product marketing teams in a high growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners and clients are key skills. As the successful candidate, you must have experience working in digital performance marketing, ideally in a product marketing role. This is a fixed term contract position based in Paris As part of this role, you will: - Own TikTok's App products GTM strategies and grow revenue & product adoption in France, with a focus on the App & Content and Services industries (Apps, Dating, FinServe, Auto, Travel, QSR...) - Become the in-market product expert by partnering closely with sales team and their biggest clients to deeply understand customer pain points, product needs and business requirements. - Ensure a market- and client-first approach by working closely with our biggest advertisers and help increase product adoptions, identify blockers and growth opportunities through client meetings - Act as the voice of the market in product, synthesise market insights and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutions - Collaborate with XFN teams on product GTM and adoption strategies which would include narratives, solutions packages, best practices and product recommendations. - Develop sales education strategy and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales org to ensure a high standard of product knowledge.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Extensive experience working within media in marketing or ideally in a product marketing capacity, with a focus on App and Content & Services campaigns. - Expertise in media sales (specifically paid social media) - Knowledge of the French market and media & agency ecosystem - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Analytical and result-driven mindset - Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity - A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals. Preferred Qualifications: - Industry expertise in Apps, Dating, FinServe, Auto, Travel, Commerce - Knowledge in App measurement tools - A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change. - Passion for TikTok - Self starter
