Responsibilities
Our mission is to champion TikTok in the B2B world, educating, inspiring, and empowering advertisers and agencies to achieve business results through the creativity and power of TikTok. We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to oversee B2B Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) across Europe and Israel. This role unites campaigns, digital channels, marketing strategy, industry relations and scaled client education into one integrated function, responsible for building the TikTok for Business brand through strategic campaigns and connected storytelling. Success in this role will come from bringing together key messages, planning, and execution to deliver measurable impact for our sales organization and clients. Reporting to the Head of Business Marketing EUI, this leader will define and drive the EUI campaign and digital channel strategy across owned, earned, and paid touchpoints, while ensuring operational excellence in planning, budget management, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate combines creative and commercial acumen, shaping TikTok's brand presence in-market while ensuring our marketing engine runs efficiently and scales effectively. We're looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven leader with extensive B2B MarComms experience, someone who can partner with regional leadership across Product Communications, Product Strategy, Research & Insights, Corporate Communications, and Monetization Strategy, as well as Local Market Leadership, to define the marketing vision for Europe and lead a team of campaign and channel specialists to bring it to life. This role requires confidence navigating complex, cross-functional environments, building data-informed marketing strategies, and translating insight into meaningful action. Strategy & Leadership - Partner with Head of Business Marketing and the marketing leadership team to drive regional marketing strategy and GTM plans, uniting brand narrative, campaign execution, and marketing operations under a shared vision. - Act as a senior partner to EUI leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and Global GBM) to align marketing priorities with business objectives. - Represent EUI IMC with relevant counterparts within GBM at the global, regional and local market levels, advocating for the region's needs of holistic campaign roadmaps and strategic, highly creative, best-in-class GTM plans. - Translate global strategy into a regionally resonant plan that balances consistency with local market nuance. Marketing Communications, Education & Industry Relations - Deliver annual Integrated MarComms campaign and digital channel strategy, plan and measurement framework. - Oversee development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, spanning MarComms, Education and close collaboration with trade associations, that build TikTok for Business’ reputation and drive measurable business outcomes. - Facilitate cross-market collaboration, scaling successful projects regionally and globally and acting as the MarComms expert for local marketing teams. - Lead best-in-class channel strategy across all owned, earned, and paid touchpoints, including social media, web, CRM, thought leadership, and trade media. - Oversee team outputs across campaigns, social, email and copywriting as well as external agency relationships to scale team impact, coaching the team to deliver exceptional creative work. - Champion creative excellence and innovation across formats and storytelling approaches, embedding a 'test, learn, and scale' mindset. - Ensure high editorial and brand standards across all content and communications outputs. Marketing Operations & Effectiveness - Partner with S&O to develop and maintain the regional MarComms measurement framework, tracking impact, efficiency, and ROI across campaigns, content, and channels. - Optimise and measure campaign impact, including revenue attribution, and adjust MarComms strategy accordingly to drive results and ensure efficient, effective budget use. Analyse data and learnings from owned and paid marketing channels, using strategic insight to drive marketing strategy. - Identify and implement tools, processes, and workflows that enable the team to operate with speed, clarity, and consistency. Leadership - Lead a team of marketing experts and channel managers to build and deliver the IMC roadmap across all owned, earned and paid channels, including website, social media, email marketing, trade media, and more, keeping a data-driven growth mindset at the core of all activity. - Foster a high performing culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Manage agency partnerships and external vendors to scale creative and operational impact. - Drive collaboration across markets, ensuring knowledge-sharing and adoption of best practices locally, regionally and globally.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Extensive experience in B2B marketing, communications, or marketing operations. - Proven success leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets. - Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems — social, CRM, web, and paid media — and how to connect them to drive measurable results. - Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning, budget management, and performance tracking. - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence at all levels. - Experience managing teams and agency partners across multiple markets. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with or deep understanding of major EUI markets (UK, France, DACH, Italy, Spain, Nordics, Benelux, Central Europe, Israel). - A strategic mindset paired with strong executional discipline. - A passion for creativity, data, and helping brands unlock business growth through culture and community.
