Responsibilities
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Team Introduction: The International Short Video Monetization Product Design Team aims to empower clients to effortlessly connect with users and maximize brand potential. We strive to simplify and motivate clients to achieve their goals, explore new possibilities, and create value with international short videos. As a team member, you will be able to leverage qualitative/quantitative research to gather user feedback, cultivate deep understanding and empathy for our clients, and collaborate across functions with design, product, and marketing teams to meet business needs. Job Responsibilities Influencer Platform Operation & Promotion: Oversee the daily operation of the influencer platform, collaborate with the sales team to promote influencer product functions, develop promotion strategies and training materials for clients (brands/agents), analyze influencer/agency monetization data, generate operational insight reports, and optimize the platform’s tiered influencer operation mechanism. Cross-team Collaboration & Product Iteration: Liaise with the product R&D team to collect and sort out business requirements (e.g., optimization of influencer screening tools, upgrade of data dashboards), drive productization implementation, diagnose usage issues on the client/influencer side, and coordinate with the technical team to investigate and advance solutions (e.g., payment failures, data anomalies). Process Optimization & Efficiency Improvement: Identify pain points in existing collaboration processes (e.g., customer complaint handling workflow), design standardized solutions and promote tool implementation, and explore the application of new technologies such as AI in operational scenarios (e.g., automated influencer matching, intelligent customer service responses).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor’s degree or above (pursuing), with preference for majors in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science or related fields. - Proficiency in Excel/SQL (capable of completing basic data analysis). - High Japanese and English skill, both oral and written are required for internal and external communication (required for handling cross-border business needs). Preferred Qualification(s) - Priority given to candidates with internship experience in short video platforms/advertising agencies, or experience in independently operating social media accounts.
