Responsibilities
TIkTok’s Measurement Product Marketing Team brings products to market that helps brands and marketers realize their true business value generated by TikTok and across their paid channels. The team comprises of measurement experts with a deep understanding of the customer, enabling them to partner with key stakeholders (Product and Marketing Science) to improve which features are built and how features are used by advertisers to answer key business questions. TikTok’s Measurement team is seeking a Regional PMM to act as the primary partner to Marketing Science (MSci) teams and drive regional measurement execution. This role ensures that MSci has the tools, frameworks, and guidance to deliver top-account measurement services effectively, aligning with HQ product strategy while adapting for local client needs. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary PMM partner to regional MSci teams, enabling them to deliver measurement solutions to top accounts. - Train and support MSci on purposeful measurement workflows, SOT frameworks, attribution audits, and learning agenda creation. - Develop standardized templates, toolkits, and narratives to streamline MSci execution and client servicing. - Partner with MSci to ensure measurement insights are contextualized for client business outcomes and internal decision-making, aligning with client KPIs and financial decision frameworks. - Provide feedback from MSci and top accounts to HQ PMM teams to inform product and GTM improvements. - Assist MSci in diagnosing client SOTs, designing tests, and running audits. - Support the iteration of client measurement strategies based on observed outcomes, SOT maturity, and business objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - BA/BS degree or above - 3+ years in product marketing, measurement, or analytics, ideally in digital media or adtech. - Strong expertise in lift, measurement methodologies, attribution models and analytics platforms - Proven track record driving global GTM strategies and collaborating across functions. - Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. Ability to build strong compelling narratives and ability to simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different audiences. - A fast learner with a good sense of judgement and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, or media mix modeling. - Background working with global sales organizations and agency/advertiser stakeholders. - Familiarity with competing attribution solutions (e.g., MMM vendors, survey-based approaches).
