SMB plays a critical role in seller acquisition, incubation, and education, forming the foundation for a healthy and scalable ecosystem on TikTok Shop. As an SMB Strategist, you will work closely with business teams to drive merchant growth and improve operational efficiency, ultimately contributing to sustainable scale expansion for the platform. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Conduct data analysis and regular performance tracking; identify anomalies and coordinate resources for follow-up and deep dives to support business growth - Assist strategy team with business performance reviews and optimize data systems to quickly locate issues or identify opportunities - Collaborate cross-functionally and help drive implementation by understanding business needs
Qualifications
