About The team This role ensures the integrity, safety, and continuity of logistics operations by proactively preventing and responding to security threats, including theft, fraud, bribery, and abuse of power. By maintaining strict access control, monitoring surveillance systems, and supporting investigations, the Security Officer protects assets, personnel, and information across sortation centers, first mile and last mile hubs. Job Descriptions: - Leads high-quality execution of access control, and on-ground enforcement, ensuring operational areas consistently meet security standards and proactively identifying vulnerabilities. - Performs advanced surveillance monitoring, analyzes unusual patterns or behaviours, and provides timely, accurate escalation to prevent or contain security risks. - Serves as a key first responder for complex or high-impact incidents, securing scenes, stabilizing situations, and ensuring critical evidence and information are preserved for investigation. - Conducts structured fact-gathering, obtains detailed statements, and contributes evidence-based inputs to investigation teams while upholding strict confidentiality. - Prepares thorough and accurate security logs, incident reports, and compliance checklists, ensuring documentation meets internal audit, legal, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field, with minimum 2 years of experience in security operations, surveillance monitoring, or incident response. - Valid Gada Madya Security Certificate (minimum) or equivalent recognized security certification. - Strong capability in access control enforcement, on-ground risk identification, and detection of theft, fraud, policy violations, and behavioral red flags. - Proficient in CCTV monitoring, pattern recognition, and real-time escalation of suspicious activities involving misconduct, corruption, or collusion. - High level of integrity, ethical judgment, confidentiality, with the ability to remain alert under pressure and work shifting schedules or site rotations. - Good communication skills and professionalism in coordinating with Operations, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in incident handling and investigations, including securing scenes, preserving evidence, structured fact-gathering, interviews, statement collection, and preparation of clear incident reports or audit-ready documentation.
