Responsibilities
Our team focuses on lead generation, helping small and medium-sized commercial creators acquire customers through TikTok live streaming and convert traffic into sustainable revenue. Responsibilities - Support the production of visual designs and video content for branding and lead generation initiatives Edit short-form videos for social media, creator content, and campaign use, including basic post-production and packaging - Design visual assets such as key visuals (KV), posters, covers, social media graphics, and simple motion elements - Participate in the full creative workflow from concept ideation to execution, iteration, and optimization based on feedback - Support daily content production, including campaign promotions, creator education materials, and internal presentation assets - Assist with day-to-day team operations, including content coordination, basic data analysis, and cross-functional support. - Help organize design and video assets, manage versions, and maintain basic design guidelines
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Visual Communication, New Media, Film, Animation, or a related field - Basic visual and video production skills with familiarity in tools such as Figma and After Effects - Strong visual sense with awareness of content styles and social media trends - Good learning ability and execution skills; able to iterate efficiently based on feedback - Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to deliver tasks under deadlines - High oral and written fluency in English and Arabic. Our team works with stakeholders from both the Middle East and globally and will be required to communicate effectively with them Preferred Qualifications - Portfolio or previous work samples (course projects or personal work are acceptable) - Experience creating content for short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Reels, or Shorts - Familiarity with or experience using AI-assisted design or video tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Firefly) - Basic understanding of motion graphics or simple animation workflows
