Creative Product Operations Team helps empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users. About the role The LATAM TikTok Creative team is seeking an experienced Product Marketing and Operations Manager to provide inbound, go-to-market, and operational support throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring the success of key products and business initiatives. Responsibilities - Product Strategy: Identify opportunities for product iteration and improvement, collaborating with product teams to prioritize initiatives and develop strategic plans that drive product and solution adoption. Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities that support product growth. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage strong analytical skills to identify business opportunities and challenges. Share actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations to the regional client operations team. - Inbound & Research: Lead industry and customer research initiatives, gathering advertiser insights to inform product and market strategies. Capture, synthesize, and curate advertiser and client feedback to support product development and optimization. - Go-To-Market: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption across key verticals. Create high-impact marketing and sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product guides, playbooks, and case studies. - Business & Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, creators, partners, and marketing. Drive creative product adoption and revenue growth. Address business challenges and develop efficient SOPs, with a strong focus on achieving product performance targets. - Sales Enablement: Partner with TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team throughout the advertiser media journey, proactively providing creative production support through TikTok’s creative solutions. Lead advertiser-facing meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Educate and support brands, agencies, and partners on best practices for working with content creators on TikTok. Represent TikTok in external meetings with senior executives, demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including XFN teams based in English and Spanish-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Spanish as well as corresponding in chat or emails. - 5+ years of experience in product marketing or operational roles within advertising, with a strong understanding of digital advertising and the creator economy. - Proven experience incubating or launching new products, with exposure to both inbound and outbound marketing strategies. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to quickly understand context, identify risks, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. - Highly analytical and data-driven, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes. - Familiarity with data tools (Excel, Google Sheets), presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides), and productivity platforms. - Comfort setting ambitious goals, assessing the current landscape, developing actionable strategies, and executing rapid iterations while continuously optimizing processes. Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and culturally diverse environment. - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience navigating global organizations and aligning cross-functional teams toward shared goals. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments.
