About the Team As a Program Manager for Creator Growth in Korea, you will be the dedicated force behind elevating the quality and success of creators within one of TikTok's most important content verticals, TV/Film. Your mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators through high-touch support, strategic education, and meticulous program management. You will build strong partnerships with external agencies and creators while collaborating internally to design systems that help creators produce their best TV/Film content, fostering a thriving and professional creator ecosystem. Responsibilities - Creator Growth & Enablement: Serve as the strategic partner for a portfolio of TV/Film creators. Provide high-touch, 1:1 support through personalized feedback, content reviews, and growth planning. Design and deliver scalable educational programs, resources (e.g., best-practice guides, tutorials), and communications to elevate creators' content quality, storytelling, and platform mastery. - Agency Partnership Management: Build and nurture strategic relationships with key creator agencies (MCNs). Act as the main point of contact to align on growth objectives, streamline creator onboarding and operations, and collaborate on joint initiatives to maximize creator success within the TV/Film vertical. - Program Operations & Process Excellence: Own the end-to-end execution and operational rigor of creator growth initiatives. Develop and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and systematic workflows to ensure seamless collaboration across internal teams and external partners. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product teams to surface creator insights and influence the product roadmap. Work with Publisher Operations teams to ensure creator growth strategies are aligned with content vertical priorities and overall platform goals. - Data-Informed Strategy & Optimization: Define success metrics and track creator performance data. Analyze trends to measure program impact, identify opportunities for improvement, and iterate on support strategies to drive continuous growth for creators and the program.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 3+ years of experience in creator management, program operations, or a related field within the media, entertainment, or digital platform industries. - Fluency in Korean and business-level proficiency in written and spoken English. - Exceptional operational and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage complex schedules, maintain meticulous records, and create clear, intuitive systems that enable effective teamwork. - Outstanding external communication and relationship-building skills, with experience managing partnerships with agencies, creators, or external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications - Direct experience in content production, editing, or creative direction. - Experience working with creator communities or talent agencies (MCNs). - A genuine passion for and deep understanding of the TV/Film entertainment vertical (e.g., industry trends, key players, content formats). - Demonstrated experience in short-form video production or editing, with a strong ability to analyze content and provide actionable feedback on storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal.
