Responsibilities
Top Creator Management team partners with leading creators to drive growth, unlock brand collaborations, and deliver impactful content. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities - Support campaign operations, particularly pre-campaign tasks such as slot hunting, target setting, and preparation. - Collaborate closely with Creator Managers to ensure all campaign requirements are met. - Support project coordination, including tracking timelines, following up on tasks, maintaining documentation, and setting reminders or call-outs to Creator Managers. - Assist in campaign voucher creation and management. - Assist in campaign data tracking and reporting, monitoring key performance metrics including GMV, orders, participation, and achievement rates.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Actively enrolled university student with degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with solid logical thinking and analytical capabilities - Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry Preferred Qualifications - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accurately - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools for handling and analyzing large datasets - Prior experience with e-commerce platform promotions (e.g., vouchers) is a plus By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacy.
