About the team TikTok Shop is a content e-commerce business utilising international short video products as carriers. Our aim is to become the preferred choice for users seeking to discover and purchase affordable, high-quality products. We provide users with tailored, vibrant, and efficient consumption experiences while enabling merchants to access robust and dependable platform services in various scenarios, such as live e-commerce and short video content e-commerce. The Singapore E-Commerce customer service R&D team focuses on building systems for e-commerce customer service operations management (OM), including core infrastructure capabilities in Workforce Management (WFM) and Quality Assurance (QA). The team collaborates with product teams to deliver industry-leading customer service operations solutions. Working on large-scale, complex OM systems, the team provides extensive opportunities for technical growth and fosters deep cross-team collaboration. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at our Company aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) Responsibilities - Responsible for the development and design of product requirements for the Customer Service Platform. - Responsible for the maintenance and iteration of the Customer Service Platform frontend related systems, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality code. - Participate in technical solution design, technical research and the adoption of new frontend technologies. - Adept at cross-team communication and collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/Master in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Proficient in computer science fundamentals (OS, Data Structure and Algorithm, etc.), with coding experience in JavaScript-related ecology (TS, Vue or React ecosystem, etc.). - Familiar with core frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3), Preferred Qualification - Understanding of frontend engineering tools is a plus.
