Responsibilities
Team Introduction: TikTok LIVE is a fast-growing platform that enables real-time interactive content experiences, connecting creators and audiences worldwide. Our mission is to create a safe, engaging, and high-quality live-streaming ecosystem that fosters creativity and community building. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Support the operations of creator agencies and their creator communities, helping maintain a healthy and sustainable creator ecosystem. - Assist with collaboration across teams and support the planning and execution of campaigns, and growth initiatives for agencies and creators. - Help develop case studies and showcase materials that highlight successful agency and creator operations, as well as engaging content formats. - Support the preparation of educational materials, workshops, and operational resources to help creator agencies improve their capabilities. - Track and organize performance data of creators and agencies to help the team understand content trends and improve operations.
Qualifications
