Responsibilities
About the team The TikTok Shop Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across Indonesia. The team builds brand awareness, drives user engagement, and enhances the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTok Shop in Indonesia. About this role This role focuses on owning and scaling the Flash Sale business as a core conversion engine. The ideal candidate is expected to drive structured initiatives from 0 to 1, build repeatable mechanisms, and continuously optimize ROI, assortment quality, and operational efficiency through data-driven decision making. - Own end-to-end Flash Sale strategy and performance, including traffic allocation, pricing mechanics, and conversion optimization; - Lead and execute strategic initiatives (0→1 and 1→N), with clear ownership of business cases, ROI modeling, and measurable impact delivery; - Drive assortment and selection strategy, including product sourcing logic, deal quality control, pricing competitiveness, and inventory planning; - Build and optimize ROI frameworks, balancing GMV growth, subsidy efficiency, and long-term profitability; - Design and maintain performance dashboards and monitoring systems, enabling real-time decision-making and structured post-campaign analysis; - Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop scalable tools and automation for Flash Sale operations (e.g., deal discovery, ranking, allocation systems); - Establish standardized playbooks and best practices, improving execution consistency and scalability across campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, campaign strategy, or growth operations; - Proven experience in leading initiatives or projects end-to-end, with clear ownership of problem definition, execution, and impact measurement; - Strong understanding of Flash Sale / Deals / Promotional mechanics within e-commerce platforms; - Solid analytical skills, with hands-on experience in ROI analysis, performance tracking, and data-driven optimization; - Ability to translate business problems into structured solutions and work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations). Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in assortment strategy or merchandising, including product selection, pricing, and supply coordination; - Experience in building or using data dashboards (e.g., SQL, BI tools) for performance monitoring and decision support; - Strong ownership mindset with a focus on scalable and repeatable solutions, rather than one-off campaign execution; - Demonstrated track record of driving measurable business impact (e.g., CVR uplift, ROI improvement, inventory turnover).
