About the Role The Brand Partnerships Manager (BPM) is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts, and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, education, and support. Success as a BPM requires strong strategic vision, sales skills, a strong partnership with the Client Solutions Manager (CSM), problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment. Responsibilities - Strategic Partnership Development: Lead C-suite engagements to accelerate revenue growth and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships. - Sales Excellence: Orchestrate the end-to-end sales process, leveraging deep product expertise and cross-functional synergy to deliver high-impact business solutions. - Account Planning & Governance: Spearhead the account planning process and Joint Business Plans (JBPs), aligning brand objectives with TikTok’s ecosystem to maximize growth opportunities. - Revenue Growth & Education: Drive sustainable revenue and lead high-level strategic conversations, navigating complex client relationships and agency structures. - Portfolio Mastery: Act as the primary expert for your book of business, ensuring operational excellence through proactive troubleshooting and strategic escalation management. - Financial Rigor: Maintain strict pacing control and provide accurate pipeline and forecast management. - Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong aptitude for technical product specs and analytical reporting to drive data-led recommendations. - Market Benchmarking: Leverage cross-market strategy benchmarks across core industries to identify white-space opportunities. - Consultative Selling: Bridge client business challenges with TikTok’s specialized solutions, collaborating with internal cross-functional teams for holistic execution. - Thought Leadership: Educate clients and agencies on product roadmaps, advising on the most effective approaches to drive measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, or online advertising. - Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to build compelling, data-driven narratives using industry insights and internal proof points. - Technical Fluency: Knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction dynamics, and biddable digital advertising models. - Full Funnel Fluency: Branding and performance knowledge. - Language Proficiency: Advanced English is required. Preferred Qualifications - Executive Presence: Proven ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with top-tier advertisers, agency partners, and C-level executives. - Performance History: Consistent track record of delivering and exceeding ambitious revenue targets. - Strategic Thinking: A creative, "outside-the-box" thinker capable of developing complex, integrated business strategies. - Analytical Mindset: Data-driven professional with a sharp focus on ROI and performance metrics. - Collaborative Leadership: A natural team player who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
