Responsibilities
The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting and insights, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally. The Monetisation Strategy & Operations Manager will be joining the Central Planning and Projects team within the EUI MSO team. It will be at the intersection of strategy setting, product research, data analytics, and project management to gain a deep understanding of our business and product, uncover growth opportunities, and lead execution in collaboration with sales and cross-functional partners Responsibilities: • Lead and support cross-functional projects aimed at improving business processes, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness across EUI MSO and partner teams. • Identify improvement opportunities through structured analysis, stakeholder input, and market research; translate insights into actionable initiatives and execution roadmaps. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to deepen understanding of advertiser behavior, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and internal operational performance. • Drive ad-hoc strategic initiatives aligned with evolving business priorities, from problem definition through execution tracking and impact measurement. • Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, and regional stakeholders to align on objectives, coordinate execution, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives. • Track progress and measure impact of initiatives, ensuring learnings are captured and scalable solutions are implemented where applicable. • Act as a flexible resource supporting priority programs across MSO as organizational needs evolve.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as technology companies, consulting, strategy & operations, business intelligence, or similar analytical roles. • Demonstrated experience managing projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and ambiguous problem spaces. • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and research into actionable insights. • Experience communicating complex topics clearly to diverse audiences and influencing decision-making. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets and presentation tools. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in digital advertising, marketplaces, or platform businesses. • Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Finance, Sales, Systems, and Product. • Familiarity with operational improvement, process design, or program management methodologies. • Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus.
