Team Introduction TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-TW aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Responsibilities: - Support and manage the operations of Live Internationalization TCNs (TikTok Creator Network), serving as a key point of contact for TCN-related needs and requests. - Conduct daily follow-ups on TCN issues and product feature feedback; identify recurring challenges across regional TCNs and contribute to solution optimization. - Develop and refine SOPs, document best practices, and standardize operational processes to improve scalability and service quality. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics for TCNs; monitor project milestones and ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives. - Participate in localization strategy planning and execution, adapting global initiatives to the Japan market. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, strategy, data, creator management) to enhance operational efficiency and ecosystem performance. - Take increasing ownership of independent projects as you grow in the role.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s/ Master’s/ PhD degree. - Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and Japanese is needed to manage stakeholders in mandarin speaking markets and Japan local market - Passionate about live streaming, with a solid understanding of live content formats and engagement mechanics - Strong data awareness, logical thinking, and the ability to think independently - High sense of ownership and responsibility; strong self-learning ability; detail-oriented, reliable, execution-driven, and with strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience in student leadership, project management, internships, or startup activities - Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) is a plus - Understanding of Japan’s creator ecosystem and live-streaming trends is a plus
