We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage logistics operations in the Polish market. This role will be responsible for end-to-end operational performance, including carrier management, service quality, cost control, and daily execution. The ideal candidate has strong experience in logistics or supply chain operations, is data-driven, and can work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in both English and Polish is required. Responsibilities 1. Lead and manage day-to-day logistics operations in Poland, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and scalability 2. Manage relationships with local carriers, warehouses, and logistics partners; monitor performance and drive continuous improvement 3. Optimize operational processes, cost structure, and service levels (lead time, delivery success rate, damage rate, etc.) 4. Coordinate closely with regional and central teams on planning, capacity, and operational strategy 5. Support new market initiatives, product launches, and operational setup in Poland 6. Track and analyse key operational KPIs; provide regular reporting and actionable insights 7. Identify risks and operational bottlenecks, and implement mitigation plans 8. Manage local vendors and support contract negotiation and performance management
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field 2. 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in e-commerce or parcel delivery 3. Strong understanding of last-mile logistics, carrier management, and operational planning 4. Proven experience in managing external partners and driving operational performance 5.Fluent proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications 1. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 2. Demonstrable experience within European logistics markets, with particular expertise in Poland. 3. Proven track record in scaling operations and/or successfully launching new logistics programmes. 4. Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics, including 3PL and 4PL models, as well as cross-border logistics operations. 5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-cultural environment 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-impact environment

【For Pay Transparency】 Compensation Description (Monthly)
The base monthly pay range for this position in the selected city is 11900 PLN to 22667 PLN.
Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
