In Local Services, through POI, Video, LIVE, Search, and other various products, services and roles related to life are creatively connected, making the daily life experience richer, more unique and more innovative. At the same time, Local Services creates an inclusive and fair healthy business environment, helping merchants, service providers, creators and other roles to continuously create revenue and improve efficiency. Responsibilities - Location Permission Growth & Creative Strategy: Based on user behavior insights, content understanding and data analysis, design user-centric mechanisms, interactions and growth levers to improve location permission opt-in rate and LBS signal coverage. Continuously iterate on in-app narratives, incentives and contextual triggers to drive legitimate user consent. - Local Services Campaign & Activity Operations: Lead end-to-end campaign operations for Local Services / LBS growth, including planning, execution, real-time adjustment, and performance review. Deliver core business metrics such as location permission rate, user positioning accuracy, funnel conversion and user experience. - Data-Driven Optimization & Experimentation: Establish and maintain campaign monitoring systems and KPI dashboards. Conduct in-depth data analysis, A/B testing and post-campaign retrospection to identify growth opportunities, extract actionable insights, and optimize strategies, mechanisms and user experience. - Business Problem-Solving & Scaleable Solutions: Translate business goals and privacy compliance requirements into clear, user-friendly and scaleable product or campaign solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to align resources, resolve risks and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in growth, product operations, strategy, campaign management or related roles at internet companies. - Demonstrated experience driving key business metrics through growth campaigns or funnel optimization projects, such as user permission adoption, conversion improvement, or product growth. - Strong ownership, learning agility and execution ability; able to quickly understand new businesses, policies and systems and independently deliver projects in a dynamic environment. - Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills; able to align multiple stakeholders and drive complex initiatives under pressure and uncertainty. - Strong data sense and structured thinking; able to use data to define problems, measure performance and support decisions. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in user growth, permission conversion, LBS, local services, e-commerce or content platforms is a strong plus. - Familiarity with A/B testing, data dashboards, or basic SQL/data analysis tools. - Deep understanding of user behavior, in-app interaction design and global privacy policies (e.g., location permissions). - Experience working in global / international product teams or cross-cultural environments.
