Partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and businesses across the globe. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deploy internal and external programs and solutions designed to help businesses find success on TikTok. You will work directly with the Product Partnerships team, our internal cross-functional partners, as well as 3rd-party companies. This role requires a combination of strong strategic thinking and project management skills We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. As a Monetization Product Partnerships intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional experience that help improve and prove the efficacy of our ads platform and drive business growth on TikTok. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks. Summer Start Dates: May 11th, 2026 May 18th, 2026 May 26th, 2026 June 8th, 2026 June 22nd, 2026 Responsibilities: - Respond to business and product needs best solved through partner-led solutions, whether existing or new - Manage core operations for existing partners, including strategy, building reporting - Drive product and business adoption of monetization product integrations and solutions - Develop and hone a data-backed point of view regarding industry trends involving partners, globally, to advise on product strategy and roadmaps accordingly - Project-manage complex integrations and new initiatives with various partners - Identify opportunities to scale existing solutions for more businesses - Develop and roll-out strategic communications both internally and externally
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an MBA - Able to commit to working 12 weeks during summer 2026 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated experience in collaborating effectively across multiple teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, etc.) and seniority levels - Partner-facing experience in partnerships and business development - You're a builder, incredibly organized and process-oriented - You are a strategic thinker, but you’re also a doer, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to execute Preferred Qualifications - Proven experience in managing projects, identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and successfully driving the implementation of these solutions. - Is a self-starter and has the ability to work independently, multitask and adapt to changing priorities - Strong ad-tech background with experience at a measurement company - Experience working as part of an international team By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacy

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $40- $40.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
