Responsibilities
About the team The TikTok Product Team aims to realize the development of international video business and build and maintain industry-leading products. This includes user growth, user products, author products, search products, business analysis and other core business scenarios to support the rapid development of products on the global track. It also includes service architecture, basic technology and other directions to ensure that the business continues to serve users with high quality, efficiency and security. Responsibilities 1. Own end-to-end user product experience for TikTok. Be responsible for deconstructing user experience pain points, formulating optimization solutions and strategies, and driving cross-functional collaboration with product and R&D teams to implement experience improvement initiatives. 2. Conduct proactive risk prevention based on upstream product strategy iterations, feature updates and relevant policy adjustments across the product teams. 3. Establish solid collaboration mechanisms with internal teams and external partners to timely identify, follow up on and drive resolution of user demands related to product features. 4. Leverage AI tools and intelligent solutions to monitor overall experience metrics, assess experience health levels, and identify latent experience issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of relevant experience in experience operations. 2. Familiar with fundamentals of AI Agent, with proven track record of successfully delivered related projects. 3. Rigorous logical thinking, strong data-driven mindset, proficient in data analysis tools including SQL, Excel and Tableau, capable of identifying core problems through data insights. Preferred Qualifications 1. Familiar with full lifecycle management logic of internet user experience, with deep understanding of social and short-video product ecosystems. Experience with TikTok or similar overseas products is a strong plus.
