We are looking for a passionate and strategic Creator Incubation Manager (Electronics Category) to join our team. You will be responsible for nurturing and elevating high-potential e-commerce creators, helping them master content creation techniques to drive their GMV growth. Rather than general creator recruitment, your core focus will be matching the right creators with curated category product assortments, co-creating high-impact content to achieve explosive sales growth. Additionally, you will provide hands-on training for agency and individual livestream hosts, guiding them on livestream tools, scripts, and post-session data reviews. A key part of your role will be translating data into actionable strategies and successfully persuading creators to adopt them for continuous performance improvement. Responsibilities: - Empower and incubate high-potential e-commerce creators by guiding them on e-commerce content production techniques, increasing their posting frequency and content quality, and ultimately driving their GMV growth. - Deeply understand curated product assortments within focus categories and identify the most suitable creators for them. Co-create compelling content with these creators to achieve massive sales breakthroughs that outpace the broader market. - Provide comprehensive training and guidance for agency hosts and individual livestreamers. Help them master livestreaming tools, refine and optimize their on-camera scripts (talk tracks), and encourage higher streaming frequency to maximize the ROI of each session. - Conduct in-depth post-livestream data reviews with creators. Leverage data analysis to formulate highly actionable strategies, successfully persuade hosts/creators to adopt these recommendations, and track execution to ensure improved results. - Ensure creators maintain high-quality content standards and adhere to platform guidelines to build a healthy and sustainable e-commerce ecosystem.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the distinct ability to translate data into actionable plans and successfully persuade creators/hosts to execute them. - Deep understanding of e-commerce content (short video & livestreaming) and the ability to co-create content strategies that perfectly match specific product assortments. - Service-oriented mindset, patience, and excellent communication skills to deeply coach, train, and build trust with creators and agency hosts. Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, creator incubation, or livestreaming management. - Proven track record of delivering comprehensive livestream training, optimizing livestream scripts, and driving measurable GMV growth for creators or brands.
