Responsibilities
In particular, the e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. TikTok Shop CSR Team is a dedicated function responsible for developing strategy, planning, and executing CSR initiatives, as well as driving strategic partnerships with government stakeholders, industry associations, organizations, and ecosystem partners - including agencies (MCNs & TSPs), creators, sellers, and logistics partners. The team aims to contribute to broader socio-economic development while enabling the growth of Vietnamese products and businesses through TikTok Shop’s e-commerce solutions. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership & Government Engagement - Support in researching and mapping potential partners (government agencies, associations, enterprises) - Assist in preparing meeting materials, proposals, and partnership decks - Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with stakeholders - Contribute to maintaining and strengthening relationships with key partners Market Research & Insights - Conduct research on government policies, industry trends, and e-commerce landscape - Provide insights to support CSR strategy and partnership development Internal Coordination & Operations - Work closely with cross-functional teams (GR, PR, Marketing, Operations) - Support project tracking, timeline management, and reporting - Assist in ad-hoc tasks related to CSR and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
