Responsibilities
Team Introduction The Data-Video and Edge-Business Management team is responsible for building and operating the infrastructure that underpins large-scale video services across Douyin and TikTok. The team supports the end-to-end video transmission and processing technology stack, and develops the video domain’s operations management platform, as well as global scheduling and orchestration systems to power complex scenarios such as video-on-demand and live streaming. Responsibilities - Develop a deep understanding of business scenarios; lead business modeling, scenario abstraction, and end-to-end technical design and implementation for the operations management platform. - Collaborate with the team to research and evaluate cutting-edge technologies including AI; drive the integration of AI-powered analytics into the platform, delivering measurable technical and business impact.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field. - Strong programming fundamentals with clean, well-structured code; solid grounding in data structures, algorithms, and problem-oriented engineering thinking. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable; excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Passionate about software engineering with a strong intellectual curiosity; able to stay current with and rapidly adopt emerging technologies such as AI. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity or hands-on experience with CDN traffic scheduling, operational analytics, or AI applications.
