Job Description - Oversee daily operations and project management for TikTok Local Services livestreaming products. Collaborate closely with product and business teams to drive the development and implementation of livestreaming capabilities, improving conversion efficiency and driving business scale. - Act as a core bridge between business and product teams. Dive deep into frontline operations to deeply uncover and structure the real pain points and core needs of merchants, agencies, and users. Translate complex business scenarios into clear and effective product solutions. - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for the launch of new livestreaming features and key campaigns. Lead the development of clear Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and on-site support plans, manage overall project timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery of key objectives. - Establish a robust issue-tracking and feedback mechanism to systematically collect user experience issues and business feedback across the entire livestreaming funnel. Based on a profound understanding of users and business, maintain highly efficient and close alignment with product teams to drive continuous iteration and optimization of livestreaming products. - Summarize methodologies and best practices for livestreaming product operations. Build a data monitoring and performance evaluation system, continuously analyze core livestreaming metrics, and drive overall growth through data and business insights.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or related roles within the consumer internet, e-commerce, or tech industry. - Hands-on experience driving tech projects, managing product features from ideation to rollout, and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. - Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, align cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver measurable results under tight deadlines. - Excellent communication skills with professional proficiency in English, capable of navigating and influencing within a fast-paced, highly matrixed global environment. Preferred Qualifications - Direct domain expertise in Local Services (O2O), Merchant/B2B platforms, Live Streaming, or Creator Tools. - Advanced analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, with the proven ability to translate complex data and Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback into actionable product strategies and operational playbooks. - A demonstrated global mindset with a track record of collaborating effectively across international, culturally diverse, and cross-functional teams. - Entrepreneurial spirit and high adaptability, coupled with a deep passion for the creator economy, local commerce, and driving business growth from 0 to 1 and 1 to 100.
