About our Team: As Monetization Product Operations (MPO) our goal is to help businesses have seamless experiences with our advertising solutions, by designing and scaling support processes to resolve technical issues within our product. We're a global team with regional hubs in the US, Singapore, China, Israel, London, and we're expanding to more hubs. MPO acts as a connector between advertisers, sales teams and internal Product and Engineering teams enabling fast issue resolution and product improvement. What we're looking for: TikTok seeks a Implementation Support Specialist to provide both pre and post-sales implementation and advertising support to Tiktok's top advertisers. Candidate needs to balance customer service with technical know-how and specialize in Signals and API monetization product pillars using their expertise to assist businesses with product issues. Sitting within the Monetization Product Operations team, the role involves close collaboration with in-market sales and product teams within a high-growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritize and influence partners are key skills. Candidates must have experience working with Digital Advertising, Signals & API products as well as hands-on experience implementing technology. Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales teams to support Signals implementation for TikTok Advertisers. Help scope, qualify, and support technical implementation, translating business requirements into actionable plans. - Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to understand infrastructure, data flows, and measurement objectives - Deliver best-in-class support to client-side development teams via email, phone and video; guiding the technical implementation of TikTok's Signal, Lead Gen and Catalog products - Advise Advertisers towards best-practice integration standards; ensuring they achieve optimal measurement and attribution standards for TikTok advertising - Ensure all client interactions are logged correctly in internal tracking systems; providing monthly reports to TikTok on client volume and client outcomes (product adoption) - Stay up to date on all aspects of TikTok product releases across Signal, Lead Generation and Commerce
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Professional fluency in Portuguese to communicate with stakeholders in LATAM regions - 2+ years of experience in measurement, attribution as it relates to digital advertising - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) - Familiar with key digital advertising concepts, formats and models, experience using advertising platforms. - Foundational understanding of attribution models, event tracking, and signal collection (e.g. pixels, server-side APIs) - Proven customer-facing experience in a technical consulting capacity, being able to translate technical concepts to both developer and non-technical audiences. - Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: - Front-end and/or mobile development experience (iOS/Android) - Experience implementing or supporting mobile SDKs - Familiarity with analytics and attribution platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or AppsFlyer - Experience with e-commerce or CRM platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, or Salesforce - Exposure to privacy-first measurement approaches (e.g. server-side tracking, consent frameworks) Important Note: Please be advised that this job posting is on behalf of a third-party agency.
